Have y’all ever heard of neurofeedback therapy? Well I hadn’t either until this branding session with Katie Overcash, a therapist here in Charlotte.

Katie offers all kinds of therapy, from talk, to yoga, to neurofeedback. She shares an office with her sweet pup, Riley (named after Inside Out character:)

I decided to give neurofeedback a try to help with my highway anxiety and ADHD. I’m happy to report that it has helped with both, and all you have to do is show up and watch tv:) The sensors are placed on different areas of the scalp to read your brains impulses and then helps to create new pathways.
