Just in time for National Martini Day, I want introduce your new Negroni topping: Rodeo Queen, the new Cosmo martini-inspired sorbet from made in collaboration with my friends at .

The Negroni Sbagliato was born from a happy accident when sparkling wine was poured in place of gin, creating a lighter, more refreshing take on one of Italy’s most iconic cocktails. This version takes that idea a step further with the addition of sorbet

brings subtle roasted agave character and a clean, crisp profile that plays beautifully with the aperitvo’s bittersweet orange notes. A scoop of Tipsy Scoop Rodeo Queen Sorbet adds bright citrus and tartness you’d typically get from a cosmo that slowly melts into the drink, softening the bitterness and adding some bright fruity notes. Finished with Prosecco, it’s equal parts spritz, Negroni riff, and summer dessert.

FORTY.

Since becoming a photographer, every year on my birthday, I take it upon myself to take a self portrait so that one day I can reflect on my younger self and how much I’ve ‘seasoned’ throughout the years. This year, I enlisted the help of my talented friend and fellow photographer to capture my 40th birthday.

Last year I made it a goal of mine to try to get into the best shape I could possibly able to, so I could transition into my 40s gracefully and just generally improve my overall mental and physical health. My goal weight was my wedding weight (10 years ago) and I’m happy to say, i met and surpassed the goal. I feel great, I’m running again and am just genuinely so happy with how full life has been lately.

At 40, I am blessed by my loving wife , my wonderful kids, healthy parents and a career that I could’ve only DREAMED of. I feel like I originally took these portraits to look back on my past self but I think this is the year I realized my best days are ahead of me.

Thank you for being part of my journey, I am so grateful 🙏🏽

Just a couple of dads in Denver.

Finally caught up with my guy and OG - Elliott was one of the first to do this drinks Instagram thing and has been an inspiration since I started back in 2015. Today, over 10 years later, we caught up over drinks and reflected on the last decade of friendship, our families, IG and the future of our industry.

Truly grateful to call this man a brother, it’s been a wild journey to get here 🙏🏽
