✨🏰 One whole year of magic, giggles, and keeping mommy & daddy on their toes. 🎂💜

She understood the assignment:
✔️ look adorable
✔️ smash the cake
✔️ leave covered in frosting

Honestly… I’d say turning ONE is going pretty well. 🥹✨

And you know my little Disney-loving heart was absolutely obsessed with this entire session. The pastel colors, the tiny Mickey details, the castle touches… just pure magic from start to finish. 🤍✨

And a little while later, there they were — barefoot on Folly Beach, dancing in the tide pools, chasing sunset light, but not after making a pit stop at Bert’s Market for beers and sandwiches after saying “I do.” 🌊✨

Because honestly? That’s what I love most about elopements. They get to feel like you. The little in-between moments, your favorite places, no rules, no pressure… just the two of you soaking it all in together.

From the driftwood on Folly to golden hour in the marsh and starting the night at Bert’s, this whole evening felt perfectly and unapologetically them. 🥹🤍

Congratulations again Morgan and Graham! So so happy for you both! ✨

Cloudy skies don’t always mean bad photos. ☁️✨

Some of my favorite sessions happen when the sky turns soft and moody like this. The colors become dreamy, the beach empties out, and everything feels a little more emotional and cinematic. 🤍

So many families worry when they see clouds roll in before their session, but unless we’re dealing with active rain or crazy wind… just trust me. 🙃 Some magic only happens on moody sky evenings. 🌊

And honestly? These are the kinds of photos that feel timeless years later — barefoot babes, salty air, snuggles, and the beautiful chaos of loving your people well. 🫶🏼

So don’t give up on your session just because the sunset hides behind the clouds. Sometimes the clouds give us something even better. ✨
