I had a lot of self reflection on our excursion in the Grand Canyon.

One thing I thought about was how a lot of times I feel I’m getting behind on a race that is imaginary and I have to remind myself that Im doing better than I think I am.

You’re raising kids. You’re working. You’re building something. You’re trying to take care of everyone while also trying to take care of yourself.

Some days feel productive. Some feel like survival.

Here’s to a new week — less pressure, more grace, and remembering that we don’t have to have it all figured out. ✨
