Tiny fingers. Tiny toes. Tiny everything. 🤍

There is something incredibly special about photographing a newborn in the hands of the people who love them most.

This little one, peacefully curled into Dad’s hands, is a perfect reminder of just how fleeting these first days are.

One day those tiny fingers will be holding crayons.
Then a bicycle.
Then your hand as they walk beside you.

But right now…

They fit perfectly in your arms.

These are the moments worth remembering.

The quiet moments.
The tiny fingers wrapped around a parent’s hand.
The way two people who already loved each other discover an entirely new kind of love.

She hadn't slept in 40 hours. She cried when she saw the photos.

New mamas, this one is for you.

She texted me two weeks after her session. Said she had not slept more than two hours in a row since baby came home. Said she almost cancelled.

Then she saw the photos.

She cried. She said they were the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. She said she was so glad she did not cancel.

That is why I do this.

What a setup day looks like

Setup day.

Before every newborn session, I spend time preparing, cleaning, steaming wraps, testing the light, and warming the studio.

Because when you arrive with your brand-new baby, the only thing you should have to do is exist.
