I cannot believe it's already Friday!! A full week of editing and I am hoping by sundown I have ALL galleries out! I know I keep saying it but I still see a few on my end that haven't been opened so please check your inboxes and spam folders and make those final selections for editing. Fingers crossed the November weather looks as incredible as the October weather has been! Happy Friday folks!

Yesterday was incredible, first time in 15 years of Holiday sessions that I got a sunburn! Today is looking equally beautiful, in fact so is most of this week. So, if you are booked in November and would like to switch to a weekday this week, send me an email ([email protected]) or send me a message via your signup link. I will respond at the end of today. I realize weekdays are hard for most, but given the gorgeous weather now and the unpredictable weather as we move into November, I am willing to make myself available. Please note this is ONLY for folks that are already booked for a Woodline Cabin session, as I have no more room in my editing schedule to accept new bookings.

ALL galleries from last weekend have been delivered so please check your emails and spam folders. I have a very full weekend of sessions but will be checking on those that have made their selections.

I can't believe it's already Thursday, I'm in an editing tunnel over here! Hoping to have all of the galleries from last weekend out by tomorrow evening! Make sure you are checking your spam!
And have you seen the forecast for this weekend? Spectacular!

Ready for a very full day of sessions! You all were troopers yesterday in that cold weather.
As I was culling this morning, I fell in love with this image. Holiday sessions are tricky...they are super fast and each family has different ideas of what their perfect holiday card photo should look like. I try to get a good blend of images, but it's ones like this that have my heart. Focus on the tiny moments that FEEL special. The wonder...the little hand holding onto his big brother. The start of new traditions.
So while I am constantly scanning for good light and chatting with you all and trying to give direction...just know that my heart is constantly searching for the meaning in why you're here. It's the love, always.

Can I tell you how much I love this family! They always show up so happy and really turn their 20 minutes into a total experience.
I love to watch them together...they are loving and silly and can we talk about all the gorgeous hair?? And talk about a proud girl dad...Mom and I were talking about how hard he's going to have it when it comes time for his girls to get married 🥹 Anyway it's the perfect way to end my busy editing week and head into the weekend...reminding you all to make the most of your session. Love each other hard, don't worry about the outfits and the weather or if your kids are behaving...just try to be in the moment and soak it all up! XOXO

It's been a busy week of non-stop editing and shooting the last of my fall sessions. Just popped in before heading to next session to share these cuties! I cannot believe how excited these two were about....the firewood!! 🤣 I gave them each a piece to take home for their treat and they were pumped!
