What I have learned in business is this: Don't tell anyone what you're doing or going to do. So many people want to take your ideas and ride your coattails. This is why you have been seeing nothing that's going on with me or behind the scenes. Canton is really such a small town, and there are so many that you may think are friends or acquaintances, but most are not. These are just words of advice. Keep your desires to yourself, and you will do much better. I have peace knowing that the Lord is in control and nothing can happen that isn't meant to.

I can say that 99% of the jobs I shoot are processed and delivered on the same day. It's not that I'm not busy; it's just that I believe in delivering in a timely manner. I tell other photographers whom I'm friends with to get the job done the same day and no later than the day after. Work can pile up fast if you wait.

You can do anything if you set your mind to it! Since the beginning of the year, I have eliminated over 60% of debt. This was not a small payoff, rather large, and I thank God that I have been able to accomplish this. My goal is to be debt-free by the end of the year—no debt, no payments, and the ability to pay cash for the things that are needed or wanted.
