I have decided that I will no longer be sharing photos on my public channels that contain visible faces of children. Please bare with me as I make necessary updates to my pages in the following days.
AI models are trained using existing material off of public servers and databases, and unfortunately, my page must be public for visibility. Following a disturbing Supreme Court ruling that essentially protects people who use AI to create exploitative material, I have made this decision to protect my clients and their families.
What this means:
I will continue to provide high quality images of your family, including the beautiful faces and smiles you love. These photos will not be posted online or visible on my website. Your usage license still allows you to share the photos online if you would like. Your images will be delivered to you by a private gallery link and a passcode required for access.
It is a heartbreaking decision to make, as there's nothing quite as beautiful as capturing a child's laughter, and I wish we lived in a world where we didn't have to fear those photos making it to the wrong hands.
