Back-to-school season is here! Before the busy mornings, homework, activities, and packed lunches begin, here are a few little things that can make the transition easier for both you and your kids:

✨ Start adjusting bedtime and wake-up time a few days before school starts.
✨ Pick out clothes and pack backpacks the night before — mornings are busy enough! 😅
✨ Stock up on easy breakfast and lunch options.
✨ Create a simple spot at home for backpacks, shoes, lunchboxes, and school papers.
✨ Check the school calendar and add important dates to your phone.
✨ Talk to your child about the new school year and let them share anything they’re excited or nervous about.
✨ Take that first-day picture! 📸 Even if you’re running late — you’ll be so happy you have it one day. ❤️
