Yesterday I had the privilege of doing a mini session with my pastors Chad and Magan Swaringen. We had so much fun capturing these shots and getting creative to turn moments into memories!

I just loved how sweet this couple was! Their love was evident every step of the way from their "I do" on the wedding day to the way they cared for each other at their reception. Tender touches, sweet kisses, kind words... Nyiesa and Favour had all the ingredients for success!

These 2024 shots popped up on my feed today. So… I did a side by side comparison with the shots I took today of similar subjects.

The biggest difference isn’t just a better camera or learning all the settings or even better editing. The biggest part of the learning curve was learning to SEE different. When I started, I saw something beautiful and snapped a photo. But what I have been so focused on learning is to see something beautiful, and capture an image that helps you feel what it was like to be there.
