This session was the literal definition of “life getting in the way!” 😅 Between fevers, playground booboos, and Nana-sleepovers that were just too fun to interrupt, I think we hit a record of five reschedules!
Momma was determined not to let the new year start without capturing these memories, and I am so glad she stuck with it. Even with a brutal wind chill 🥶, these kiddos handled it like total champs.
Real talk: Take it from a photographer; who needs to hear her own advice—just schedule the session! Capture the moments. Heck, even if it’s just taking your phone out in the yard for a few shots, do it. (I might get some flack from other togs for saying that! 🙈) But at the end of the day, what matters is that you have the memories. While I’m always honored to be the one behind the lens, the goal is simply for these moments to be preserved forever!!
