Well, hi everyone! I thought it was about time I gave myself a little introduction on here and posted some new photos, since I’m usually the one behind the camera 🙂
I’m Elsa and I’m 23 years old! I’m a wedding and family photographer based in Buena Vista, Colorado. I’ve had a passion for photography since I was little, and got my first “real” camera gifted to me when I was 14.
I grew up on a small island in Washington State until I was 15, traveled the US with my family in an RV for a year, and ended up in Colorado, where I’ve been since 2018! I met my husband Wyatt here shortly after moving and we got married 4 years ago.🫶🏻
We have two German Shepherds, Jade and Cobalt, and we all spend a lot of sweet time together.
I graduated at the end of 2024 from Liberty University with my Bachelor’s in Business. I officially launched my own business early last year after spending the previous year building up my portfolio and gaining experience with weddings and couples. I am so grateful for all the weddings and family photos I documented in 2025. I connected with so many of you and every session was so special to me! I’m so excited for this year and what it holds. 📸
In addition to photography, I love to travel, (I got to visit London, Stockholm, and Paris with my mom last year!) read lots of books, go on long walks with my dogs, and bake sourdough.
My husband and I are currently self-building our home in Buena Vista, so that takes up most of my time these days. We are about halfway done and I am learning a lot and excited to see it all come together in the next few months.
I feel so blessed to be able to do this as a job and am so grateful for everyone the Lord has brought into my life along the way. I couldn’t do this without Him or the support I have from family and friends ❤️ Thank you all!
