Is it just me or does this outdoor newborn session just have a whole different vibe? ✨

When this family asked if I could do an outdoor newborn portrait shoot on Mt Rainier I was excited to see what kind of magic we could create. Newborn sessions are typically indoors in studios, but I loved how much this family wanted to embrace the outdoors and create something unique and different.

Then…the mountain surprised us with some intense fog that just set a whole different mood!

One of the amazing things about working in nature is that you work with what you have…and sometimes you get something you couldn’t have planned for at all.
