Melissa Segal was born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, France. Upon graduating high school, she moved to New York City to study film. During her course of study, she developed a passion and talent for photography and began her foray into the field through recreational shooting. She realized soon afterward that photography was more than just a hobby for her - it was her true calling. Since then

, Melissa has concentrated her professional and creative efforts on photography as her specialty. Her work encompasses a broad range of photographic styles. Her best known work includes portraits, editorials, headshots, urban photography, traditional photography, original photography, and landscapes. She has also provided photographic services for numerous events and special projects. Melissa Segal works in both digital photography and traditional film photography.
