Are your photos slipping through the cracks too?

I took this photo yesterday and realized it felt a bit symbolic of how I feel about my photos.

So many of the images that matter most to me are sitting buried in my camera roll or on hard drives somewhere — family moments, creative work, videos, unfinished photo books, storytelling images I still want to share someday.

So I’m starting a weekly creative co-working session called Photo Flow Hour.

A space to finally return to our photos together.

Editing.
Organizing.
Caption writing.
Printing.
Photo books.
Reels.
Creative projects.
Personal memories.
Business storytelling.

Or simply sitting down and giving our images a little attention again.

It’s free, live, and open to all for now.

This group starts next week 3/5 and I don’t know when I’ll be running it this way again.

At a certain point, you just need a way to practice some of that hard earned wisdom you’ve been acquiring.

LENS is a space for that, plus it adds the element of community, which is something we all need more of.

Did I mention that alumni of my LENS Creative Awakening program get access to a free ongoing community space to continue practicing this with other people who get it?

Join me for my next Free Intro to LENS Method®️masterclass. Registration link in bio.

Your nervous system doesn’t regulate itself in isolation.
It regulates through connection, creativity, and being witnessed.

Studies show that even a few minutes of mindful visual engagement can lower stress, regulate the body, and restore clarity.

Pair that with community support and live inspiration… and transformation becomes inevitable.

This 8-week L.E.N.S. Method® group brings all of that together: live inspiration, gentle creative rituals, simple mindful photo prompts, and a supportive group experience.

If you’re going to invest in anything this season, choose something that nourishes your whole system—not more clutter, not more screen scrolling.

Choose you.

Comment LENS or DM me if you want the details.
