THOMAS DAMBO TROLLS IN RHODE ISLAND

Yesterday, July 21, I took my wife to visit the trolls created by Thomas Dambo—a Danish artist specializing in large-scale installations—and his team in Rhode Island. These sculptures are made of scrap wood and reclaimed wood. Because they are made from reclaimed materials, the artworks will inevitably deteriorate relatively quickly. Thomas Dambo installed five of these sculptures, Erik Rock, Greta Granite, Young Boulder, Iver Mudslider, and Mrs. Skipper, at four different locations across Rhode Island.
