Ever wonder why I drag that strobe around with me during photoshoots? It makes all the difference, especially when I go to edit. These are both photos straight from the camera. I'm actually impressed they are not that crooked, lol. The difference is subtle in this example, but enough to give them a pop so they don't get lost in the background. Same beautiful light through her dress, same beautiful rim light in her hair. Sure, I could go into Lightroom and mask them, making them look a little brighter, but that almost always looks fake, as the subject doesn't typically blend well with the background, making them look brighter than their surroundings. And, it is a lot more work. Using flash doesn't have to look "flashy" as many would think. It is all about the balance of light.

I have a plaid adult dress and some children’s dresses I would like modeled on my Christmas set. You can also bring an outfit of your own for a different set.
