5 weeks into maternity leave with our third and i'm very much enjoying this fleeting newborn bubble time with my family while also getting inspired looking at past work & excited about the upcoming weddings I have this summer!

Up next, heading to Tahoe for a special day celebrating K&M at Edgewood 🌲

As a reminder I'm officially "returning to work" on August 1st with the exception of a few events between now and then so if you're reaching out, there will likely be a delay in responses! Thank you guys for your patience during this season :)

Second shooting for the lovely 🤍

I absolutely love second shooting — it fills my cup in a different way & allows me to step back and look at things differently. I firmly believe you're never too experienced to second shoot for another photographer. Too busy? Maybe. But if you have the time, there's always something new to learn, something to take away & a new way to look at things. It's also just so fun for me to support other photographers in the industry who I've grown to love & admire and make new & wonderful connections!

Tommi and Mark showed up with the calmest energy, and baby Jett fit right into it. These early days of parenthood are such a blur, and getting to capture them in a way that actually feels like them is something I never get tired of.

The Flatirons gave us soft, overcast light and the freshest green grass—couldn't have asked for a prettier day with these three!!

Let's take a moment for this hot mama ❤️‍🔥

This gorgeous mama to be is getting ready to welcome her first little boy, and she truly carries this season with such an easy, quiet kind of radiance. There’s something so special about these in-between weeks, when everything feels soft and hopeful and you can already see how much love she has for him.

Motherhood has become one of my favorite stories to document, whether it’s the early days of growing a baby or the beautiful chaos that comes after. There’s so much strength woven into every part of it, and getting to witness women step into that power is one of the greatest privileges of what I do.

I am absolutely floored to finally share some moments from this day!

Back in September, I had the honor of photographing a truly dreamy elopement for a couple of good friends— all the way in Italy. The Dolomites were every bit as magical as you’d imagine, and honestly I’ve held onto these photos way too long.

We kicked off the day with their sunrise first look at Lago di Braies. Everything lined up in the sweetest way. Soft clouds, quiet air, the prettiest morning light, and two people who have loved each other for more than a decade taking in this moment they’ve waited so long for. And then, in perfect timing, the sky opened up and started absolutely pouring the second we got back in the car to head to the hotel.

This morning felt so tender. Just the two of them. Their first look, their vows. No rush. No noise. Just a slow start to a day that unfolded beautifully from beginning to end.

This is just a small piece from an incredible day & more of their day is coming soon, and trust me, the wait will be worth it 🏔️⛈️

Sarah & Stephen’s wedding was the start of something much bigger than a single day. Their vision grew into a two week adventure across Costa Rica with their closest family, moving from one favorite place to the next. I was there at the beginning, welcoming guests in San José and then traveling into the cloud forest for their wedding day.

Those first days were packed with experiences—night walks in the rainforest to meet the local wildlife, ziplining through the canopy, and an unforgettable treetop dinner in Monteverde. It set the tone for the celebrations that would continue long after, as everyone carried on to explore the rest of the country together.

There are so many pieces of this story still to share, but I couldn’t wait to start with a few favorites from their wedding day.

Being a mom of two littles makes maternity sessions hit so much deeper. It’s not just about the bump, it’s about knowing how much life changes in the most profound and beautiful way once those tiny hands are in yours. How the days stretch long but the years fly fast. How love multiplies in ways you never knew possible. Photographing this season feels extra tender because I know firsthand just how sacred & fleeting these moments are.
