I’ve received quite a few DMs lately asking:
“Are you still doing family photography?”
The short answer is YES.
The longer answer is… very limited.
Over the last 7 years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of serving thousands of families. Family photography is where this business began, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Capturing your connection, your milestones, and all the beautiful chaos in between has truly been an honor.
But life looks a little different these days.
My kids are growing, their schedules and needs are changing, and my availability for evening sessions isn’t what it used to be. My husband also travels frequently for work, often with very little notice, which can make planning evening commitments challenging.
At the same time, I’ve found myself falling in love with branding photography. Helping female business owners tell their stories, build confidence, and create intentional imagery for their brands has sparked a whole new level of creativity for me.
So while I’m not saying goodbye to family photography, I am being more intentional with the number of family sessions I take on each year.
My summer family session calendar is officially closed, but I will be opening a very limited number of family sessions for September, October, and November.
And for my Tennessee families…I’ll be returning to Franklin this October! I currently have just 3 mini family sessions still available, and I’ll be announcing those dates in early July.
To everyone who has trusted me with your family’s memories over the years: thank you. This business was built because of you, and I’m so grateful for every family I’ve had the chance to photograph.
If a fall family session is on your wishlist, keep an eye out because spots will be very limited this year.
