Some families just make you smile a little extra when behind the camera ✨

We spent the evening wandering under these beautiful live oaks, soaking up the most perfect light, and letting the kids just be kids. Between the giggles and the playful moments, this session was such a sweet reminder of what family photos are really all about. Being together and creating memories. 🤎

Because these days go by so quickly and getting to freeze a little piece of them for your family is one of my favorite parts of what I do! 🥹

One of my favorite things about this job is getting to watch your families grow and being there to capture each new season ✨

The last time I saw this sweet family was almost a year ago, when little miss was just learning to take steps on her own. Now she’s getting ready to be a big sister! 🥹 How special it is to watch these seasons change and get to capture them along the way.

This has been such a busy season and I’m beyond thankful for every family who continues to trust me with their most precious memories. You guys truly are the best and I feel so blessed to be the one you choose to be behind the camera! 🤍

I recently had the sweetest opportunity to photograph my very first Fresh 48 session! One thing I think is so important is finding a newborn photographer trained in the type of session you’re booking. I’m not trained in posed studio newborn photography, so I would never pose your little one in ways I’m not qualified to do.

Fresh 48 and lifestyle newborn sessions are a little different! You can hold and pose your baby however feels natural and I’ll simply capture your newest little love just as they are. Your baby’s safety always comes first 🤍

Birthdays are better at the beach 🌊🧁

This sweet girl celebrated her first birthday with sandy toes, a little cake smash near the water, and the prettiest little beachy memories with her big sister ✨ before the frosting came out we made time for some sweet sister moments too. Someday they’ll look back on these photos and remember just how little they were together 🥹

There is something oh so beautiful about documenting a season of life that is about to change forever 🤍

This sweet mama waiting to meet her baby, while soaking in these last little moments of being a family of three. The giggles, the cuddles, little hands wrapped around mama and daddy and all the anticipation of who is about to join them.

From a cozy front porch to the golden Lowcountry grass, just a family loving on each other and celebrating the little life growing right in the middle of it all. Soon, these photos will mean even more as they look back and remember what it felt like to wait for their newest little love ✨

I got to meet this sweet boy when he was brand new to the world, and now here we are celebrating his first birthday! 🥹🤍

A whole year later and he’s a little bigger, a little busier, and very much ready to explore that cake mama made for him 🎂

We spent the evening doing what I love most, letting them simply be together. The cuddles, the kisses, the little smiles, the way mom and dad love on him and all those tiny in-between moments that happen without being asked.

And I think that’s what makes these sessions so special to me. I’m not just photographing a first birthday. I’m getting to watch a family grow! ✨

They eloped and then spent a little time documenting this new season of life together

We started beneath the most beautiful Lowcountry oaks, surrounded by Spanish moss and timeless Southern charm. Then we made our way to the beach for a completely different feel. Golden light, soft sand, ocean air, and the sweetest moments! 🌊🌿

This is why I love two-location sessions. You get the beauty of two completely different settings but more importantly, your gallery feels like a little story of the day!
