I’m a little behind on sharing new work, but this session feels like a good place to start.
One thing I often hear from parents is that they don’t think their children will “last” through a full photo session.
The thing I really want you to know is that they don’t have to! 😌
When we photograph at home or somewhere your family feels comfortable, everyone is free to hang out together. Your kids can play, eat a snack, take a break, wander away and come back. They aren’t expected to perform for the camera for two hours.
Taking away that pressure is one of the reasons a full session can actually be easier for young children. It gives us time to talk, to connect, and to document the smaller details that you’ll grow more and more nostalgic for as the years pass and the kids grow.
I completely understand that budget is often why families choose a mini session. But if your hesitation about booking a full session is whether your children will “last,” please don’t let that be the deciding factor.
A little mini-session update: my minis aren’t available as one-off bookings. I offer them only on specific dates and in locations I’ve selected.
Upcoming minis are being planned for:
• Nyack/Piermont
• New City
• Westchester
• Cold Spring
• A holiday tree farm
Full sessions can be planned around your family, at home or in a place that matters to you. Payment plans are available if spreading out the cost would make that option more manageable.
More mini-session details are coming soon to email list subscribers. In the meantime, you can join the list in the link above or always reach out if you’re unsure which experience is right for your family.
