The month of March will always be special because 10 years ago I went out on my own and started my photography business.

To everyone who has supported me along the way - the clients, friends, family, and the incredible people I’ve had the honor of photographing, thank you. The people I’ve met and the stories I’ve documented will always stay with me.

To the young artists out there, don’t let anyone tell you it’s impossible to make a living from your work. Bet on yourself, work hard, and be honest. It can be done.

Unfortunately the Kopps were scammed out of their wedding photos from their photographer. Three years later they put their wedding clothes on again and I was able to take some wedding photographs for them. I was even thanked after the session by a bald eagle soaring high above the church.
