Meet the MMP Dadager!
You’ve probably seen him behind the camera at a Megan Michelle Photography wedding, but you may not know the man behind the lens. Meet my dad, Gene Hardy
Fun fact: he’s actually the one who bought me my very first camera. Little did he know that one camera would eventually turn into Megan Michelle Photography… and his new job 😉
He’s not just my second shooter. He’s my behind-the-scenes problem solver, extra set of hands, and the person helping keep everything running smoothly.
He has a gift for catching the BEST candid moments that happen in between the big moments. The laughs, the happy tears, the little looks, and all those moments you didn’t even realize were happening. Somehow, he always seems to be in the right place at the right time with a camera in hand.
And when he’s not shooting, he’s helping wherever he’s needed, keeping things moving, and making sure I don’t completely lose my mind 😂
He may have officially earned the title “Dadager” but let’s be honest… he’s been managing me my whole life.
So here’s a little appreciation post for the guy behind some of your favorite candid moments, my second shooter, and the dad who helped me get started long before he ever knew where that first camera would take me! 📷✨
