I wasn't really sure how to articulate why this client review meant so much to us when I started writing this post. So I'm just going to say it.... In a world filled with so many opinions, perfectionism, and criticisms, it's extremely easy for self-doubt to sneak in, especially when you work in a field of artistic range or are trying to perfect other people's visions of how they hope for someone or something to be seen. The photography industry is massively oversaturated; we now compete with AI, and honestly, there are more scammers and wanna-be photographers with massive promises that never get delivered than actual, true photographers, typically adding far more pressure than needed. I think in the back of my mind, "They're not going to like it, or is it good enough?" Well, not anymore.... Yesterday, we received a review that not only was beautifully written, it made my husband and me take a step back and say she's right.... This reminded us that what we are doing is exactly what we are meant to do! This has always been our goal!!! Sometimes we wonder if those extra minutes spent perfecting every detail are worth doing or if it matters to anyone but us. Personally, I may go over my own work millions of times trying to perfect it - honestly, on what others will probably never see - but it matters in the grand picture to us, and this is why.... It matters to you, our clients.
Thank you, Nichole Batalla and Riccardo; you have no clue how much it meant to us for your beautiful review; we are beyond grateful! By the way, you both are truly the best event hosts, down to every detail was perfection, I personally have had the pleasure of being present at. No joke, and I've done an uncountable amount of events; that says a lot! Maybe you two need to go into the event business.
