It’s me, Jennifer McDorr. Many of you know me, and are long time clients - thanks for liking the new page! Starting a new page is hard after so many years but it seems that is what I must do (thanks to ha&kers!). For those of you who are new here, a bit about me..
I’ve been a professional photographer for 19 years, I recently retired myself from a wonderful and long career as a full time wedding photographer. Now I just focus on portraits! Currently being a mom & wife are my full time job but I still love being a photographer. Meeting great families in the area and giving them beautiful photos to keep forever brings me joy. I have 3 kids ages 6-14 so you will likely see me around school events, at Rec Sports, BMS sports... or the local Lowe’s getting things for my fun DIY home projects! I also organize Kindness Day Bath each year to inspire kindness in our community so you may see me post about that now and again.

Fact:
I love a perfectly posed portrait as much as I love a captured moment.

I think this is a unique part of my style.
I have training/experience in classic portraiture and also have a degree in photojournalism.

Now that I’m thinking about it, it makes sense that I was a wedding photographer for 15 years! It definitely combines the world of posed & candid (while teaching you to be an expert in all lighting/location scenarios)

That is exactly what you get from me - the perfect mix of the two!

What about you, do you love poses or moments more?
