These images are just the perfect example of why at-home sessions will forever be some of my favorites 🤍 Relaxed, authentic, slice of life photos to cherish such a fleeting but beautiful time! Newborn sessions with your first baby are so wonderful, but there’s something special about doing one when the older siblings are there to capture that unique relationship. This sweet big sister was just so loving and gentle with her baby sister and I know they’re going to have the most beautiful bond growing up ❤️//

When you get married under a historic bridge 🌿 I’ve seen so many different types of a beautiful ceremony & reception locations - quiet beaches, tall bluffs, woodsy clearings, urban rooftops, romantic estates - but this was my first time photographing a wedding under a bridge! It made for the most stunning photos and was such a fun outdoor reception backdrop for the guests. This is of the reasons why after so many years I truly never tire of photography weddings, each one is so unique and special! Couples can find something that perfectly reflects their style and vision I love being able to experience and document it 🤍//

A bit of rain was no match for this beautiful proposal! These two got engaged at the gorgeous Pelican Hill Resort, who went above and beyond despite the rainy weather to set up a stunning petal-adorned proposal in their hotel room. After enjoying the special moment, I was so excited that this adventurous couple was up for taking some photos outdoors around the resort grounds. It led to the most romantic images, just straight out of a movie ❤️//

Would you believe that this was a backyard wedding? 🤍 There are so many important aspects to creating good wedding photos - the lighting, the composition, the colors, the editing - but for me the absolute most important piece has always been the . Freezing that emotion in time, so that couples & their loved ones can look back at the photos year after year after year and remember exactly how that moment felt. Jenny and David were married in a luxurious wedding at his aunt’s home in Newport Beach, and joy-filled emotions filled every corner of the day. After an intimate ceremony, the backyard space transformed into a cozy reception overlooking the iconic OC sunset. Jenny and David’s smiles tell it all, it was truly such a special day! ❤️//

The Stray Kids concert at Sofi Stadium last year was amazing! My mom has always been music lover - we grew up, listening to classical music, bossa nova, jpop, rock - she says Skz is the first artist she has ever really been a fan of and this was her first true concert ever! It was such a fun experience going together ❤️

Bringing a pop of color to your feed in the form of this joy-filled engagement session! 🧡 The architecture of the Griffith Observatory always lends itself perfectly to a sophisticated and romantic session and these two are so in love and just so much fun! The stunning gem hue of her dress + color of the birds of paradise were a lucky happenstance that you can see I took full advantage of in capturing. Such a fun shoot at one of my favorite iconic LA locations 🤍//

Karen + Phillip in traditional Cambodian wedding attire 🌿 For their engagement session, this couple chose to wear Cambodian outfits which were beyond gorgeous, and such a dream to photograph. I always encourage engagement sessions to be customized truly for each couples’ unique vision, and I was so excited when they approached me with this idea! Beach engagement sessions are always perfect for a more relaxed casual vibe, but they can feel more upscale as well! Absolutely love the gorgeous gown and glam accessories Michelle chose for her session that instantly gave it a luxe and dressy overtone, and worked perfectly with the serene beach dunes. Had so much fun frolicking with these two in Newport Beach! //

V + A | Part II 🤍 Even in two parts, it was so hard to narrow down the photos to share from this beautiful day! A few more from this San Luis Obispo wedding, particularly highlighting the breathtaking ceremony backdrop. Access to the venue is only via trolley car, which was so quaint and fun, and escorted all the guests down to dinner in town afterwards ❤️ //

V + A | Avila Beach, CA 🤍 This beachside wedding was perfect in every way! The historic Point San Luis lighthouse served as a stunning coastal backdrop for their intimate nuptials and relaxed portraits. Surrounded by closest family and friends, the couple exchanged vows atop a bluff overlooking the water, followed by a cocktail hour along the cliffs and a lively dinner in town. So thankful for sweet couples like these who allot so much time to meander their venue together for portraits - it always results in the most unforgettable memories captured ❤️ //
