Hi everyone! 📸
For all current and potential new customers, please read...
After a couple of years doing this, I recently experienced my first refund request. It stung a little because I genuinely felt I gave it my best, but it also made me realize I should explain how I work and set clear expectations.
For game-day photography, I work on a donation basis, averaging around $20–$25 per athlete, which typically includes 3–5 edited photos. If your athlete gives me more great moments, you'll usually get more! Some of my favorite shots actually happen on the sidelines.
My goal is always to capture the best moments I'm given. If an athlete isn't having their best game, isn't getting much playing time, or is on the sideline, I'll still work hard to find quality shots.
However, I can only photograph the opportunities I'm given. I can't control playing time, performance, or how an athlete responds to the camera. I'll interact with them, encourage them, and ask for a quick pose when appropriate—but if they aren't interested, I will respect that.
I will always put in the effort, but I can't manufacture moments that aren't there.
If what I provide isn't what you're looking for, that's completely okay. I may simply not be the right photographer for you, and I'd gladly recommend other talented photographers.
I truly love doing this. I may not be the best photographer out there, but I will always give you my best. ❤️📸
Thank you to everyone who continues to support and trust me to capture these memories!
