🍁 Announcement about posting children 🍂
Here is my stance on sharing children's/families faces on my socials without getting dark or making this post turn into a book.
It should go without saying that this ruling of about child AI is atrocious and laws need to figure out a way to catch up in so many regards to all of the internet and children specifically.
I am not here to tell any parent what they should or should not do with their children.
I will not delete anything I have already shared (if you are one of my past clients and want me to delete your specific images from social media I WILL DO THAT - send me a message).
FOR MY BUSINESS MOVING FORWARD
My new contract has check boxes for what I am allowed to post. Options include:
🍂 Any image from the session
🍁 Only the images I have chosen to purchase
🍂 Only specific images we discuss and I grant permission for
🍁 Only images that do not show my children(s) face(s)
🍂 No images whatsoever
🍁 I want my children to stay fully offline and refuse an online gallery delivery system. I agree to an in person reveal session to choose images and all digital images can be delivered through a USB drive.
This is the best I feel like I can offer to fully support all of my clientele.
If everyone who sees this could drop an emoji on it so more than 4 people can see it, that would be absolutely amazing.
