A boutique portrait photographer for HS seniors and families serving the Denver/Boulder area. This turned out to be so true. As moms, we are "in it."

When I was at home with my first born, someone told me, "The days are long, but the years are short." Our lives are busy and full. But when we blink, our babies have gone from infants to tweens or high school seniors! Don't let the years go by unrecorded! Yes, you have thousands of photos on your phone, but how many do you have of YOU with your kids? I want to help you capture these fleeting moments! My interest and involvement in photography is always evolving. In the past I loved photographing landscapes and architecture while traveling, and took on the occasional engagement, senior portrait or family picture session for friends and family. Since having my two girls, I have come to love photographing babies, children, and families. And working with individuals for their headshots or bo***ir sessions allows for a lot of creativity and personalization of sessions, so I love those as well. I love being challenged by new scenarios and am always excited to try new ideas.

Let's take a break from all of the college applications, scholarship essays, senior seminar homework and enjoy the season 🎃

This is exactly what came to mind when I was thinking of locations for our fall Senior Team photoshoot this year.

Being at a pumpkin patch kind of makes you feel like being a kid again, which I think is just what seniors need this time of year.

Remember to take a break, slow down and enjoy when you can, even if it's just for a couple of hours.

So this seems to be a stressful time of year when college application deadlines and scholarship deadlines and yearbook deadlines are coming around.

So why not have some fun at our senior Team photoshoot and do something festive like take pictures in a pumpkin patch?!

The girls were up for it, and it was good to see smiles and laughter.

This year I wanted to do something festive for our senior team fall photo shoot. And what is more festive and fun than a pumpkin patch?!

The girls slayed their outfits (did you see the boot pic?!)

We pet farm animals, went on a hayride, and of course took lots of fun photos.

When Bri gave me her list of must-haves for her senior session, it included sunset, flowers and her best friend ✨

We had the best time incorporating all these things into her senior photo adventure.

I loved having her best friend in the mix, and since this year has been a bit lacking in the wildflowers, we used a bouquet that ended up looking so good 🌼

The end of her session at a rocky mountain overlook was absolutely out of this world 🌟

I can't wait to share the images!
