Do you ever have a day where you are busy all workday, but still feel like you didn't get anything done? That was us in the studio today! Which is silly, since we were busy working on school provisions, interviews, answering emails, sorting orders, and many small things that keeps us going!

Reminders for this week:

Winzler Children's Center - we'll be seeing your sweet faces tomorrow for our makeup day!

On Wednesday, we have school photos with Redwood Coast Montessori, as well as our Sunny Brae Middle school makeup day.

Thursday has us taking the beautiful drive back to Cuddeback School for makeup day and heading over to Arcata Elementary for their makeups, and Zane Middle in the afternoon for our first Winter Sports photos.

Finally, on Friday we'll be seeing Winship for their Winter Sports photos to wrap up the week!

Thank you for visiting our FB page!

It's hard to believe that fall sports are almost to an end, and we are working through our second half of fall school photos.

We are so excited to see St Bernards Middle School and Cuddeback School for their Fall Sports portraits this week!

Arcata Elementary - we'll be seeing you on Tuesday for your school photos, as well as Pacific View and Leggett this week for their makeup days. And finally, we'll be visiting Coastal Grove's TK/K facility for their photo day.

Behind the scenes, we've also been busy with new school contact interviews, headshot sessions, and winter sports scheduling. ***Did you know.....Scurfield Photography does International Passport Photos?!?!?*** If you've had difficulty finding a local option, give us a call - Canadian passports seem to be our specialty at the moment 😁

Wishing everyone a fantastic Monday - the Scurfield team

Are we the only ones ready for the weekend?!? Probably not! Here's a quick reminder to our schools next week:

Rio Dell and Union Street Charter, we'll be seeing you for makeup day on Tuesday.

Photo day for Winzler Children's Center is Tuesday, Pacific View Charter School and Sunny Brae Middle on Wednesday, Cuddeback School on Thursday, and Zoe Barnum on Friday.

Basically, we get a week full of smiles and favorite outfits! Until then, we hope everyone has a fun and relaxing weekend.

Fall sports have been so much fun for us this year! We've had quite a few new teams, and getting to see familiar faces is always a perk.

We are always looking to add new teams/leagues into our schedule - if you are interested in photos from Scurfield Photography, it's always good to mention it to your coach/board.

As for this week, it is all about the portrait makeup days! We'll be seeing Pine Hill, Jacoby Creek, Peninsula, South Bay, and Washington. Later in the week we'll be visiting Leggett Valley School for their portrait day. The crew is looking forward to seeing lots of fantastic smiles!

One of the smallest spots we've set up in....but Ashley made it work with flying colors!

Good morning! We decided to pack in the jobs at the beginning of the week, so very glad I could find a moment to share some of these amazing athletes with you.

Yesterday was filled with sports photo shoots at Pacific Union and Coastal Grove. Today, the staff is working hard at Rio Dell School District taking school photos. Later tonight, we have Eureka High JV Soccer at the studio, as well as our Northern Knights Football/Cheer makeups.

Later this week, we head over to our friends at Union Street Charter School for school portraits.

The staff would like to say a big Thank You to all the schools/teams we've been working with this fall. They are having the best time, and have been putting 110% into getting the best images for each person in front of their cameras.

Thank you Northern Knights for a fantastic photo day today! We had so much fun with your league, and you win the prize for the most buddy photos!

You'll be receiving an email/text within 2 weeks with links to your private galleries to view your images.

Did you miss photo day? Sign up with the link provided by the league and come to our makeup day on Tuesday. You can still be in the team photo!

Feel free to email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
