Remember that crazy wildfire smoke we had a couple of weeks ago? This sweet family happened to be in town for a wedding, so with no chance to reschedule, we decided to go for it anyway.

They were staying at the most beautiful Airbnb right on the river and invited me there for their session. Even with the smoky haze, we all agreed it was worth it!

Swipe to see the before and after of the dehazing edit. It’s not crystal clear, but honestly… the soft haze gives the images a dreamy, film-like feel that I kind of love. Sometimes you just lean into what Mother Nature gives you. 🤍

These sweet sisters dancing along the shoreline in their beautiful dresses, with the sun setting behind them, felt like something out of a storybook. The laughter, the twirls, the sandy toes… it’s these little moments that become the memories they’ll cherish forever.
