Distinctive. Contemporary. Fine Art Photography of the Southwest and beyond.

The Albuquerque Photographers’ Gallery™ is the only cooperative art gallery in New Mexico dedicated solely to exhibiting and promoting contemporary fine art photography by local artists. Founded in 2003 by award-winning photographer, Marilyn Hunter, the gallery operates as a co-op with nine members. Visitors may view and purchase iconic fine art images — infused aluminum, canvas, & traditional paper prints — representing a wide variety of styles and themes, including New Mexico and the American Southwest.

Two of our gallery members, Lou Sisneros and Amir Rahimi, have been accepted into this year’s Shades of Gray Photography Show!

This annual juried fine art photography show celebrates the beauty of black-and-white photography. Billed as one of New Mexico’s premier exhibitions, it showcases the work of over 200 New Mexico photographers.

Organized by the Annual New Mexico Photographic Art Shows (ANMPAS), the exhibition will run December 6–27, 2026, at the Fine Arts Building at Expo New Mexico in Albuquerque.

Congratulations to Lou and Amir on this wonderful achievement! We’re proud to showcase their work, along with the photography of our other talented members, at Albuquerque Photographers Gallery in Old Town. Come visit us!
