Are we allowed to have favorites as a photographer? If so, this family is one of my faves! They have trusted me with their wedding, several senior sessions, and their family photos over the last 8 years.

This session was gifted to Amy from the kids (who are adults now!). Amy knew she wanted a fall session with all the beautiful glory fall brings. She totally got what she wished for!

Can we also talk about what a great job they did with their outfits? Different shades of the same two colors really brought a cohesive style and made them all pop against the background.

Collaborative Senior sessions? Yes, please! Lily knew she wanted a Senior session that was creative, had different light and textures, and felt like her deep in her soul.

We worked together before her session sharing visual ideas and creating an ethereal-artsy vibe which totally suited Lily. These images are just a sprinkling of the beautifully Lily images we created together and I can’t wait to share more. Because there are so many more!!!

I’ve kept these this post under wraps until Ari & Will made their happy announcement. I can’t even explain how much joy they exuded during their session. It is reflective of the love, patience, and ups-and-downs they have endured to get to this magic moment.

It isn’t often I cry during a session, but I did during this one. Ari & Will are special to me (and my husband). Sometimes you meet people who give you faith in goodness and love. They are these people. Their little one is so freaking lucky to get them as parents!!! And they are lucky to have him blossoming!

Ari & Will, you are going to be the most amazing parents! Love you both!!

Wondering where I’ve been? I’m knee deep in busy season. So lots and lots of photoshoots! This week was a wedding, a senior and two days of soccer. Coming up this coming week…two baby announcements, one senior, one family, and SHS Marching Band. Ending the week with a little time out to see Teddy Swims in Boston.

Next up is Owen! I’ve had the privilege of photographing this guy for almost 10 years, and getting to capture his senior pictures feels like such a full-circle moment.

It’s pretty special when photography allows you to watch someone grow up in front of your lens. From Cub Scouts to the confident Senior standing in front of my camera today, I’’m grateful I’ve gotten to be part of capturing the journey.
