I was just about to pack my camera into the car when I spotted the hare through a fence and some bushes, and thought it would make a nice shot in the afternoon light. I got a couple of great photos, but it cost me 10 minutes of cleaning dog p**p off my shoe. So annoying.

This must be the world’s most photographed cream-colored courser. Personally, I’ve been sorting through and editing dozens of pictures, and now about thirty remain. The last time it was seen in Sweden was in 1942. It normally ranges from the Canary Islands, northern Africa, and towards Asia.

These majestic fallow deer were practically begging to be photographed, so of course, I whipped out my camera.

This red-footed falcon really wanted to show off, seen here with a caught grasshopper.
