As an Icelander married to a Swede, I probably shouldn’t say this 😅…but Norway might be the most beautiful place on the planet.

After years of living and photographing in Scandinavia, I can say without a doubt that Norway is a true paradise for us photographers. Absolutely magical, and I’m grateful to live so close to its border!

Editing vs RAW. The camera captures what I see, and the editing captures what I feel.

To me editing isn’t about changing a photo. It’s about bringing it to life. It’s where the colors, the light, and the mood finally match what I felt when I took it.

I can spend hours moving sliders around in Lightroom, constantly searching for that perfect tone and color combinations - I truly love it.

The power of masks 😎 Honestly… masks are where the real magic happens when you’re editing photos.

Would you travel to any of these places in Sweden? After almost a decade of living and photographing in Sweden, I still find new places all the time - it’s so big!

And for some reason most photographers go to Norway, Iceland, and Faroe Islands, but I’m telling you, Sweden is slept on for photographers!

Nothing beats the midnight sunset in the Icelandic highlands 🙏 Have you ever been there?

People often think my photos from Iceland aren’t real, and that they’re made by AI 😅. Honestly, I don’t blame them when it looks like this…

Truth is, I could spend a lifetime exploring Iceland! Even after years of photographing my home country, I still find new places. What a magical country for photography.
