To say I was excited for this one is a massive understatement...

I first met Caitlin and T on a beach in Raglan, after a family photoshoot finished early. I’d stayed at the beach because an EPIC sunset was taking place and of course I wanted to capture it. These two came wandering past, and I offered to take some photos for them. Turns out they were on one of their first dates, and I happened to capture their first kiss!

They went on to have a couple of beautiful children (with another shoot or two with me thrown in) and then decided to have their wedding in Queenstown. Obviously I was super excited to do this for them!

They were married at Eichardt's Private Hotel with close family and friends, and then we headed up to Cecil Peak for a sunrise photoshoot a day or two later. Can I also mention the team at Over The Top Helicopters - incredible service, safety was impeccable and Heath (our pilot and human light stand) was the BEST!

Here are some of my favourites from their gorgeous heli shoot! More from the wedding to come!

Jacob and April (or simply JApril!). What an incredible day. Tying the knot, cutting the cheese, and playing rock paper scissors during the ceremony. You two had me in fits of laughter all day. So perfect for each other (and they actually met at Hobbiton!!) Congratulations x
