I recently had the opportunity to photograph the Masters Games, capturing the action, the atmosphere, and the moments that happen in between.

Proud to have been behind the camera for an event that celebrates showing up, pushing limits, and doing what you love at every stage of life.

Who said maternity photos had to involve a giant tulle dress and a dramatic field? 😂

Don’t get me wrong, the dramatic gowns have their place, but your maternity session doesn’t have to look a certain way to be beautiful.

It can be simple, a little playful, full of movement, and feel a whole lot more like you. Think bare bumps, your favourite jeans, an oversized shirt, or whatever makes you feel comfortable in your own skin.

You don’t have to dress up as someone else to document this version of yourself.

Just you, your growing bump, and a little reminder of what this season felt like. 🤎

Forever counting my blessings that THIS is my job and not just another thing I’m comparing myself to everyone else over 🫡

Imposter syndrome really said, “Cute work, but have you seen what everyone else is doing?”

Creative industries are a funny place to be. There’s always someone doing something new, someone hitting a milestone, someone whose work makes you question everything you’ve ever created. Suddenly, you’re so busy looking at everyone else’s highlight reel that you forget you’re building something pretty bloody cool yourself.

So consider this your reminder (and mine) to get your head out of everyone else’s lane for a second. Look at how far you’ve come, how much you’ve learnt, and how much you’ve grown since you started.

You can be inspired by others without using their success as a stick to beat yourself with.

Now, back to being ridiculously grateful that I get to call this my JOB. 🫶🏻

A wedding day packed with all the good stuff! sentimental details, happy tears, big laughs and the kind of love that makes everyone around you feel it too.

There were so many little pieces of them woven through the day. Thoughtful details, meaningful people, tiny moments that could easily be missed if you weren’t paying attention and thankfully, there was plenty of attention being paid 📸

But more than anything, there was connection. The real kind. The way they looked at each other, the way their people showed up for them, the hugs that lasted a little longer and the laughter that kept popping up all day.

Aimee & Tom, your day was full of heart, personality and so much bloody love. Exactly what a wedding should be.

And honestly? I could’ve happily stayed for another six hours. 🤍
