I’ll be honest…
the behind-the-scenes is never “perfect” as the final images.
Why, because it’s real life, not a Instagram highlight reel.

The final images, well that’s a different story. 💗

There’s baby cuddles, little cries, feeding breaks, nervous mamas, messy hair… and moments where you’re wondering if anything magical is even happening.

And then… this ✨

The way you hold your baby.
The way they melt into you.
The love that you don’t even realise is pouring out of you.

That’s what I see.  That’s what I capture.

Mama, you don’t need to wait until you feel “ready” or “put together”.
This season is already worthy. You are already enough.

I want more sessions like this.
More real. More soft. More you.

If you’ve been thinking about it… this is your sign.  🌸
Come and be seen. Come and be held. C ome and create something you’ll treasure forever.

Love and light, always.

I recently asked Professor Gail Pacheco is she would write a guest blog for me. She is the Equal Employment Opportunities Commissioner.

And one thing she said really stayed with me…
We often attribute success or struggle to personal choices…
Without questioning the system we’re operating in.

Let that land.

There’s something timeless about a woman who fully owns her essence.

Mila stepped into this vintage picnic scene…
And something shifted.

The softness.

The wild, untamed curls.
The quiet confidence blooming from within.

It wasn’t about posing.
It was about becoming.

Becoming the version of herself that doesn’t hold back.
That doesn’t question her beauty.
That doesn’t shrink.

And in that moment… we didn’t just capture images-
we created magic ✨

This is your reminder.
Your power isn’t something you have to find.
It’s something you allow yourself to step into.

And when you do… everything changes. 🌸

Confidence isn’t about being perfect…it’s about learning to trust yourself 🌿

This month inside the Sisterhood Circle, we explored self-confidence in a softer, more honest way.

Not as something to achieve…but something to build through awareness, journaling, and self-connection.

Because the truth is—most of us don’t lack confidence…
we’ve just learned to doubt ourselves.

So instead of asking:“Why am I not confident enough?”

We gently shift to:✨ What makes me feel unsafe to be seen?✨ Where did I learn to hold myself back?✨ What would it feel like to trust myself here?

Confidence isn’t loud.It’s not perfect.It’s not constant.

It’s built in the quiet moments where you choose to show up anyway.
And that is more than enough 🤍

With love and gratitude,
Nikki 🌸

I’m so excited to walk this journey of connection, growth, and empowerment with you.

If you’re looking for perfect… I’m not your girl 😂

If you want flawless behind-the-scenes, cinematic angles, and aesthetic content…
also not your girl 🤦🏽‍♀️

But if you want real?
Unfiltered?

Someone who’s fully in the moment with you (and occasionally filming her own arm instead of you)… then hi, it’s me 👋🏽✨

I’ll hype you up, make you feel like an absolute goddess, and capture photos you’ll treasure forever.

The BTS though?

Chaotic. Questionable. 10/10 accidental content 😂

Perfect is overrated anyway.

There’s something so beautiful about the quiet kind of love.

Not the grand gestures or the loud moments…but the ones that unfold gently.

Sitting side by side.Sharing space without needing to fill it.Feeling safe enough to just be.

Love like this doesn’t demand attention —it creates a sense of peace.

A place where you can breathe a little deeper, soften a little more, and feel held without even being touched.

In a world that moves so fast, this kind of connection is everything.

The kind where you don’t have to perform, you don’t have to prove, you just belong.
🤍

So many women were taught that rest has to be earned.

That we must finish everything on the list, take care of everyone else, and push ourselves to exhaustion before we are “allowed” to slow down.

But your worth was never meant to be measured by how productive you are.

Rest is not a reward for doing enough. It’s not something you have to justify. It’s not laziness.

It’s a human need.

You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to breathe. You are allowed to take care of yourself too.

And sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can do…is give herself permission to rest.

✨ Save this for the days you need the reminder and share it with other girlies.

The most powerful woman is not the loudest in the room. She is the one who knows her worth.

The one who no longer shrinks herself to make others comfortable. The one who trusts her intuition. The one who honours her boundaries.

Confidence isn’t something we are born with — it’s something we grow through experience, self-reflection, and learning to trust ourselves again.

The moment a woman begins to stand in her value, everything changes. The way she speaks. The way she carries herself. The way she allows others to treat her.

And the most beautiful part?

When one woman steps into her worth, she quietly gives other women permission to do the same.

Stand in your value. You were never meant to live small.

Time is such a funny thing…

When you’re in it — the sleepless nights, the busy days, the constant “Mum, Mum, Mum” — it can feel endless.

And then one day, you blink… and they’re grown.

My babies are all adults now, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this:
These little in-between moments are the ones you’ll ache for later.

The way she reaches for you.
The way she fits perfectly in your arms.
The giggles. The chaos. The ordinary magic.

Sweet baby Maeve was an absolute joy — so friendly, so full of light — and yes, we even got Dad fully enjoying himself by the end of it 😉

Family sessions aren’t about perfect poses. They’re about freezing time, even just for a second.

Because they don’t stay little.
And these are the days you’ll want to remember.

Hold them close. Be in the frame. Make the memories.
