😷🦠Influenza A is hitting our community hard at the moment.

Symptoms of influenza can include:
Fever and chills
Cough
Sore throat
Runny or blocked nose
Headache and muscle aches
Feeling very tired and generally unwell
If you are unwell

🏠 STAY HOME – this is one of the most important things you can do. Influenza spreads very easily and what may be a few miserable days for you can be a much more serious illness for our vulnerable elderly or those immune compromised

💧Drink plenty of fluids – fever can cause dehydration, which can make you feel much worse.

😴 Rest – give your body the time it needs to recover.
