There’s a lot more to a new camera than what you can find on a spec sheet.

During our Sony FX5 First Touch & Feel – NL Debut, Bruno Maes took us deeper into the Sony Cinema Line and shared his real-world experience with the cameras.

We discussed where the new FX5 fits alongside cameras such as the FX3, FX6 and BURANO, as well as practical workflows, X-OCN and plenty of useful technical details.

Some of the best discussions actually continued well after the presentation and hands-on session — exactly what we hoped for when putting this event together.

This year, the annual Aputure x Camalux Party is getting even bigger - bringing together professionals from across the film and production industry for an evening away from the show floor.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting the Sony FX5 First Touch & Feel – NL Debut at Maloney Amsterdam. 🎥

A big thank you to everyone who joined us! It was great to see so many filmmakers, camera operators and industry professionals getting their first hands-on experience with the new Sony FX5.

From testing the camera and asking questions to exchanging experiences with fellow professionals, there was plenty to talk about throughout the afternoon.
