WHY DO DOG SHOWS MATTER?

Dog shows provide an important platform for purebred dogs to be evaluated against their Breed Standard.

A championship title is therefore more than a trophy. It represents recognition that a dog has been professionally evaluated in competition and has demonstrated qualities that reflect the standard of its breed.

For responsible breeders, the show ring also provides valuable information. It helps identify strengths, recognise areas for improvement and make more informed breeding decisions for future generations.

THE TROPHY CELEBRATES A WIN.
THE GREATER PURPOSE IS TO PRESERVE THE BREED.
