I'll be attending EDS 2026 as photographer and videomaker 📸

Bookings are open now — and if last time taught me anything, they won't stay open for long.

At the World Dog Show, many of you reached out too late. The video days were already full, and I hated having to say no — but I simply can't add extra slots without losing the quality these films deserve.

Here's why: a video takes a completely different workflow, far more time and care than a photo. So I can only film a maximum of 4 dogs per day. Once a day is full, it's full.

But there's something I'm even more excited about.

If you're already travelling all the way to Sweden, this is your chance to do something you've maybe been dreaming of for a long time: a private session with your dog in the most beautiful light of the day, away from the ring.

Stockholm in early September is pure magic — soft golden light, forests, water, that Nordic autumn glow. The kind of setting that turns a session into a memory you'll want to relive forever.

Not just a show photo. A real portrait of who your dog truly is.

These sunrise and sunset slots are extremely limited — only a handful across the whole weekend, and once they're gone, they're gone.

You're already there. Your dog is already there. Why come home with only ribbons?

Usually I'm the one directing the session. With Havana, running through the lavender fields, she was in charge 😆🥰

She ran where she wanted, stopped when she wanted, and always came back to her humans because their bond is so strong she didn't need a leash to stay close. I just followed her through the rows of lavender.

She made the rules, and it gave us the best photos of the day. 🐾

Con Alice e Lobi mi rivedo 🫶🏻

Lo stesso legame calmo, profondo, costruito nel tempo. Quello che non ha bisogno di dimostrare niente. Lo riconosco perché è lo stesso che ho io con Lela.

Ecco perché fotografarli è sempre un piacere vero. Non è mai solo lavoro.

Stare dall’altra parte della macchina fotografica quando di mestiere fai la fotografa? Non è esattamente rilassante. Chiedilo ad Alice. 😅

Lei e Oliver (per gli amici Lobi) si fotografano da soli. Lavanda, tramonto, e questi due. Non dovevo fare altro che esserci. 🐾

Alice è una talentuosa fotografa di bambini e famiglie, e una carissima amica ♥️

Some sessions just feel like a gift ⭐️

My dear friend Giovanni, a golden retriever breeder, asked me to photograph his nine puppies. We placed them on a bench with the Emilian hills behind them, and honestly? They were perfect. All nine of them.

Just nine tiny golden souls sitting there like they’d done it a hundred times before.

This is the kind of morning that reminds me why I fell in love with this work 🥺♥️

Per la prima volta uniamo un dog trekking con istruttrice cinofila qualificata e un servizio fotografico fine art professionale.

Com’è la passeggiata.
Semplice e adatta a tutti, cani e persone. Poco dislivello, niente tratti impegnativi, tutta all’ombra nel bosco. C’è un laghetto all’inizio e tanti ruscelli dove i cani possono rinfrescarsi. Piacevole per ogni tipo di cane, anche i più timidi.

In breve.
Circa 5 km a/r, 133 m di dislivello, livello turistico. Ci mettiamo 2/3 ore perché andiamo piano e ci fermiamo nei vari punti.

La giornata.
Partenza alle 9 da San Giorio di Susa, si sale piano senza fretta. Ci fermiamo negli spot fotografici, arriviamo a un rifugio per un caffè o la merenda, poi sosta sul prato prima del rientro. Eleonora gestisce il gruppo e i cani, Madalina fotografa un cane alla volta, da solo e con la famiglia, con calma.

Un’occasione per provare.
Di solito i servizi di Madalina sono in sessione privata. Questa uscita di gruppo dà a tutti la possibilità di provare per la prima volta un servizio fine art, in un contesto rilassato e a un investimento più accessibile. Con Eleonora a gestire il gruppo, è perfetta anche per chi pensa che il proprio cane “non venga bene in foto”. Gli scatti più belli non sono in posa: sono il cane bagnato dal ruscello, quello rotolato nell’erba, cani che fanno la vita da cani. Non serve un cane da copertina, serve solo il tuo.

Cosa portare.
Cani al guinzaglio, scarpe da trekking, acqua per cani e umani, ciotola.

Le foto.
La sera stessa ogni famiglia riceve i provini. Si scelgono 3 fotografie, editate in stile fine art e consegnate in digitale. Chi ne vuole di più può acquistarle in seguito.
