A normal day turned into an unexpected and wonderful photographic opportunity when “Drago 168” arrived from Venice, flying remarkably close to my house while conducting training flights with several K9 units. The area chosen for the exercise was perfect in terms of lighting, surrounded by trees dressed in their characteristic autumn colors. It was truly a spectacular sight.

Great weather, superb company and some interesting aircrafts, what can I ask more? As usual, trip to Spain in occasion of the National Spanish Day, is always time well spent. Unfortunately this year in Torrejon, less action than usual with just a few fighters and without the show of the past editions but at least we got three lovely Harriers and the first one made a very low takeoff. Thanks guys, see you next year maybe!! 🇪🇸🇪🇸

After a pair of months of absence on IG due to lack of time cause of work and new home I’m back here with few fresh pictures of the latest arrival at 14 Nucleo Elicotteri based in Belluno and substituting the venerable AB412 in service since few months ago. “Fiamma 85” has now joined the group and flew several time last week giving me the chance to shot it…that was my first encounter with this aircraft type and welcome in the valley!! 🇮🇹🇮🇹

Another great highlight of this year in Aviano and a tail code that I never expected to see in my homebase so far way from here. A couple of Misawa based viper, belonging to 13rd Fighter Squadron “Panther Pack”, together with three SW made a quick fuel stop here on their way to the desert!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
