Faculty coordinator-Prof. Arun C Dixit
*Mr. Arun C Dixit* is our Faculty Coordinator. He is Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering in Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru. His vision is to enhance the technical skills of students and make them self-reliant in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He encourages students to make mistakes and in turn learn from them. His approach towards students is amicable and has always been the moral support of our team. One experience we like to share is that, when we faced difficulty of hosting a fund raising event in the college for building the kart, his personal involvement helped us conduct event in a big way. His ever-optimistic motivation helped us secure good rank in the Virtuals event. He always looks at us as his children and we are extremely grateful to have him as our Faculty Advisor. We would like thank ISIE for providing this platform to express our gratitude to our faculty advisor Mr Arun C Dixit on this Teachers’ Day in a unique way. We would also like to wish all the faculty advisors, who play a pivotal role in each team, a very *Happy Teachers’ Day!*
