Happy Halloween 🎃

Wishing all your little witches, tiny pumpkins and very scary monsters an evening full of treats, giggles and just the right amount of spooky!

And to the parents getting everyone into costumes, fixing face paint and hearing “Can I have ONE more sweet?” for the 47th time… you’ve earned a few treats yourselves!

Before you head out, take a quick photo together — wonky hats, chocolate faces and all. Get yourself in the picture too!

The rain is tapping against the windows, it’s getting darker a little earlier, and suddenly staying curled up indoors with a tiny newborn feels like exactly where you’re meant to be. 🤍

After such a busy summer, I think autumn might just be perfect to cuddle up with your kids on the couch.

I hope all my recent newborn families are tucked up somewhere cosy tonight, soaking up those sleepy cuddles, tiny stretches and that gorgeous newborn smell. They really don’t stay this little for long. 🤍

Holy Communion Minis 2027 are now open for booking

Two beautiful Sunday dates are available:

🤍 Sunday, 18th April
Studio sessions in Youghal

🌿 Sunday, 30th May
Outdoor sessions in Fota Gardens

Whether you prefer the calm simplicity of the studio or the beautiful spring setting of Fota Gardens, these mini sessions are a lovely way to mark such a special milestone.

If you already know the date of your child’s Communion, you can also book a full, non-mini session for their Communion day. These sessions are available in Youghal and the surrounding areas.

The last day of summer… and I have to admit, I’m ready for the cosiness of autumn 🍂

Slow mornings in the studio, soft blankets, warm neutral colours and the loveliest newborn cuddles. There is something so comforting about being indoors while the weather begins to change outside.

Newborn sessions are never rushed. There is time to feed, settle and cuddle your baby while I gently capture all those tiny details that change far too quickly.

Here’s to cosy autumn days, sleepy babies and plenty of cuddles in the studio 🤍

September marks the start of one of the busiest times of the year at The Heirloom Studio, and availability for the remainder of 2026 is filling up quickly.

NEWBORN SESSION AVAILABILITY

If you’ve been thinking about updating your family photographs or you’re expecting a new little arrival before the end of the year, I would recommend booking sooner rather than later.

Once these remaining dates are gone, that will be it for 2026. 🤍

Summer is definitely coming to an end… but what a beautiful summer it has been. ☀️
