Having worked with the Hibernian Hotel & Leisure Centre over many years for many many photoshoots, Kevin was always a great man to work with, a great smile and always had great ideas.
My sincere condolences to his family and all his work colleagues, where he will be sadly missed.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of one of our Managing Directors, Kevin Owens.
Kevin was a true gentleman, a dear friend, a mentor and a much-loved part of our team at The Hibernian. Fun loving, kind hearted and blessed with a wonderful sense of humour, he brought laughter, warmth and friendship to those around him. His kindness, generosity and leadership touched so many lives, and his loss leaves us heartbroken.
Our deepest and most heartfelt condolences go to Kevin’s family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.
Arrangements for Kevin:
Lying in repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, St. James’ Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Tuesday (October 27th) from 5pm with Prayers at 7pm.
Reception into St. Mary’s Church, Mallow on Wednesday (October 28th) for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm which may be viewed on
www.churchservices.tv/mallow.
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait’s Cemetery, Mallow.
As a mark of respect, The Hibernian Hotel will close during Kevin’s Funeral Mass, allowing our team to pay their respects and bid farewell to a truly special man.
Kevin, thank you for the laughter, the memories and the kindness you shared. You will be deeply missed.
