Finally back on the pitch!

After weeks in a leg brace, MRI scans, physio and some hard work on Faith's part, she finally stepped back onto the pitch.

Involved in several games with West Riding, in today's Wigan U13's football tournament, in relentless heat with tough opposition including, Liverpool, Celtic and Kilmarnock, Faith impressed us with her self belief and confidence.

Hopefully by the time the season starts she will be close to full fitness.

Messing about on Ullswater!

After hiring boards last year we took the plunge (no pun intended) and splashed out (last one i promise) on a couple of Wave 'what the SUP' boards and headed for the lakes.

Not only do the boards look great but they performed really well, were easy to inflate/deflate and came with everything we needed to get on the water!

Wave if you have an affiliate scheme, we need a 3rd board for our daughter, i would love to write a full review for a discount of our next board!

We have had an amazing time celebrating Joshua and Charlotts special day this weekend, with all our wonderful friends and family.

We are so proud of all of our children and grand daughter and now we have gained an amazing daughter in law as well, we are truely blessed.

This picture might only have one word but it says so much and if you are half as happy as we have been over the last 28 years you will have a wonderful life together.

In what is probably his penultimate game for Horbury Town FC against his old side Ilkley Town AFC, a few pics of Nicholas and the team in their latest pre season match last night at the pulse hire stadium in Horbury.

We have loved watching Nicholas play at Horbury over the last 12 months and I would like to thank both Ilkley but especially Horbury for making Nick and the rest of the Brayshaw family welcome.

Horbury is truly a club that embodies inclusion and represents it's community and we wish you all every success for the coming season.
