Sharing "North Wales Blog, UK" from Sigma UK.
Shooting with Sigma: 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN II | Art & 20-200mm F3.5-6.3 DG | Contemporary by Thomas Money (UK).
According to Sigma UK, the reviewer commented;
“In May 2026 I spent a week camping in North Wales. I spent the time exploring beaches, mountains, towns and as much as Wales had to offer in the time I had. I wasn't overly sure in terms of photography what to expect, I had seen beautiful photographs online but with weather conditions in May being quite unpredictable I wasn't sure if I would be met with glorious sunsets or overcast skies and rain, turns out it was a bit of both!”
“For this trip I decided to take both the S1RII paired with the 24- 70 and 20-200 and G9II paired with the 20-70 (ff equivalent) with me.
This was so that I could spend some time comparing the two cameras' systems and use the G9II to film some B roll whilst I was using the S1RII for photography.”
“The 24-70 has unbeatable image quality for when maximum quality is required, it is however a little on the heavy side. The 20 -
200 has great image quality, is lightweight and an incredibly versatile focal range, meaning that I could genuinely go out hiking
or climbing mountains with only one lens and get every type of shot I could desire.”
