A quiet morning, a good cup of coffee, and no real rush to be anywhere else.

Most days when I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me somewhere outside - pottering in the garden, out in the Yorkshire countryside, or simply leaning into a slower, quieter rhythm of life.

That temperament naturally shapes how I document a wedding day. Less orchestrating, more observing. I care far more about how a day feels than running through a stiff checklist - giving things space to breathe so the unscripted moments happen on their own.

A few small fragments from life in between weddings lately. If you value relaxed days, open fields, and good company, we’ll probably get along just fine.

There is a quiet magic to Jervaulx Abbey that can only be appreciated when you’re standing in the centre of it ✨

Getting married feels like being inside a painting. It seems unreal. The ruins, the wildflowers in every nook and cranny - its other worldly but effortless at the same time. It’s a deeply personal and intimate space.

Capturing Alice and Louis stroll through the ruins was equally effortless. Gentle, timeless, simple. 🏛️🌿

Alice & Louis’ wedding Unique wedding venue - elopement - marquee yesterday was perfection. Such a fun wedding to capture (and I definitely wasn’t prepared for how high Louis got tossed 😂).

Jervaulx abbey is such a special place to me so it’s always a pleasure to photograph weddings in this stunning wedding venue in North Yorkshire.
