Well it’s been a summer 😅
If you know me, you know I go on these little social cleanses every so often. Usually when I’m busy, and this summer has been unreal. Not only with the usual wedding season craziness, but normal life too.
Children are wild. Especially mine, it feels 😂 This was the first summer I’ve had kids running riot and controlling pretty much every second of the day. I knew it would be hard, but I definitely wasn’t expecting THAT 😅
And just to throw a slight curveball into the mix, we decided as a family to go on our own little adventure.
We said goodbye to home in Yorkshire and moved up to the North East. No massive reason behind it other than we fancied an adventure and a change.
We definitely cried saying goodbye and wondered if we were doing the right thing, but the friendly Geordies have welcomed us with open arms and it’s already starting to feel like home.
The kids have started school, hallelujah 🙌 and things are finally starting to settle down.
Funny enough, I left Yorkshire at almost the exact point I’d lived there for as long as I did in Norfolk. So I’m excited to see what the next 18 years bring, explore this absolutely stunning part of the world we now get to call home, and make a load of new family memories along the way.
Anyway, here’s a few I never got round to posting. Now the grid is different I think I’ll actually be posting a lot more soon 👀
If you’ve made it through all that waffle, hope you’re doing amazing.
Love you all 🫶
